I was a teacher when my eldest was born. Instead of going back to work and teaching other’s kids, I stayed home and taught my own until they went into secondary school. It worked out really well for us. Plus, zero indoctrination. Everyone wins.

Stef I have my first child on the way and my wife is staying home. How do you homeschool? What curriculum? I’d like some starting points

I've been indoctrinated to believe the social aspects of public school make it worth it (learning to make friends, getting told no, etc). Also in Canada it's pretty good vs the USA because the teachers are paid more. I'm having a hard time organizing an opposing argument..

No where to run, took my kids out of Gov’t school and put them in a Jesuit school...not sure they are any better
