Women who breastfeed can also use breast pumps when home and the father can give the bottled milk to their kids. There are options for women who want to remain in the workforce. I'm home A LOT - due to my university position. So is my husband. My kids see both very often.

Auto-milk. Store breast milk in bottle. Anyone can dispense proper milk to baby at any time. No need for mummy to stay at home in order to breast feed.
