Agreed. The feminist-neoliberal pushing of the "Strong working woman" meme and denigration of full-time motherhood is just another attempt to get more wage slaves Why do you think the economic growth since the 70s has not led to a real-term increase in wages? What happened then?

Not only are woman subsidized by the state, but they’re also subsidized by the men they divorce in the form of child support and alimony. Why work at all!

Hahaha what? Working moms are subsidized by the state? You’re too far down the rabbit hole if you think a working mom isn’t contributing to the free market
-
Could he mean that the value added by their work is a wash considering the govt benefits they receive as single mothers?
-
I suspect there are many economic analyses that say the opposite. I also don’t like the phrasing that they “have almost nothing to do with the free market” even if that’s true. We are all part of the free market.
-
True, even if by proxy. Those children will eventually grow up and contribute in some way, im sure.

Hmm, but we've actually gotten poorer over the decades while the cost of living has soared.pic.twitter.com/EnoXoG9b3T

I'm going to let you in on a secret, which isn't actually a secret. Theres this phenomenon called the Two Income Trap. What happened was working class folks started having two incomes, one from the mother, one from the father, in order to get ahead. But, there was a problem...
-
It worked. This then led to the capitalist owner class to raise prices, since people had money to spend. They also stagnated wages and the people didnt notice right away. Eventually, prices rose to levels where 2 incomes are basically a necessity for the average family.
