Poor now means living near dangerous minorities. That isn’t something our ancestors had to deal with. I still agree having more kids is key however.

People used to have a lot of kids because most of them would die from measles, snake bite, or cholera. Either that or they would drown trying to float on a through the Colombia River gorge-- oh wait I'm just describing the Oregon Trail
