The importance of the role (job) of the “mother” has been lost, especially in the search of “equality”....... the future generations are doomed.......

That becomes very clear anytime a young girl expresses a desire to be a mother. She'll hear from all sides that she's throwing away her life and should really try to achieve something

Fifty, married thirty years, mother, educated and not on antidepressants.
-
Married 27 years, been through a lot of thick and thin, not on antidepressants but I do rely on God to fix the major issues & I try to overlook the minor issues
-
I am on antidepressants and I couldn’t (and didn’t) function without them. Genetic makeup and, I believe, nutrition play a big roll. Processed food is a bigger culprit than I think anyone gives credence to
-
If you have found foods that help and/or should be avoided, please share.

I have! I have been eating about 80% raw foods and I do intermittent fasting daily. It has changed my health and changed my body. Look up the Medical Medium blog, check out his Insta or get one of his books.
-
It takes some planning to move to a raw diet, but you will feel amazing after a few days. Try fruits & veggies you have never eaten and take some fruit with you every where you go. I make dinner for my family & I still eat some of their food in the evening
-
Thank you. That sounds doable. Do you take any vitamins or supplements?

Only calcium & a B complex

I would say men are used to having to deal with this problem themselves because pills are not the answer The lawn doesn't mow itself

I was on SSRI for 25 years, numbed and lacking my true emotions. At 50 I am finally getting off them. It takes time (years!) and dedication but the reward of becoming your true self again is totally worth it. No one should be on antidepressants for life as I was told I "needed"!
-
Great! Keep at it! The world needs you!

If you confine women to the household, what power do they have if the relationship fails? What political representation do they have in a society that’s dominated by men? How do you address women’s issues if women collectively stay home. Your 1950s model failed for a reason.
-
If the relationship fails, they will do just fine. I speak from experience.
