That’s how he described his educational history to me! He dropped out of college, joined the Navy, met my mom, and then when I was a teenager he went back to school to become a nurse! He always meant it as encouragement :)

Your dad did the right thing. I don’t like the words drop out. Sounds more like he tuned in to his type of learning. We are all getting worn down from the screaming and yelling on Twitter. We are all picking our soap boxes, and becoming intolerant. Sadly society is driving us.
