I try hold to the (safe) fact that most cultural differences fall in along racial lines and that (unsafe) biology is negligible.
Even if we go against the evidence and say that IQ differences between groups all result from cultural differences, so what? Nobody knows how to change culture in any reasonable timeframe either.

With respect, what is the end game here? Assuming your premises are true (I’m nearly certain they are not) what do we do? I fear I already know your answer: segregate, separate, deport, eliminate. Right?

I don't understand why a lot of people (
@Entropyl included) always assume evil / racism when we talk about IQ differences. When IQ differences between groups has been known for decades.

Do you care about IQ or general intelligence? Being myopically focused on IQ will lead to vast generalizations, over simplifications, and faulty conclusions. Even the creator of the first IQ test, Alfred Binet, knew it was a limited way to measure intelligence.
