You can't force intelligence (or buy it) It requires effort (in my opinion, anyway) & good genetics enhance its growth

While it is true that any and all IQs can be raised, it is equally true that our government cannot now, nor has ever in the past, improved the moral or intellectual attributes of its citizenry--social engineering is based on the premise that people are good.

For those asking, Stefan is referencing the "Head Start" program of the old days. Billions were poured on low SES status kids only for the effects to quickly fade year after year. We do not know any SES intervention to raise IQ
