The vetting process seen today with which many have chosen their partners has been nothing short of abysmal. And this is correct: The fault is on both parties, not just one. Carelessness and thoughtlessness in deciding your life's partner will not yield rewarding returns.

Problem with feminists is they want women to be strong while also playing the victim card. If you are to blame for your stupid choices, then you also have the control to fix it. Feminism takes away a woman’s power. Own your choice, but make a better one next time.

I wouldn't go as far as saying inconceivable. Improbable, maybe? The factor of adding children into the mix could be the very thing to stir up tensions and unlock violent tendencies that were once latent, well hidden or even directed elsewhere prior unbeknownst to the woman.

You have to be aware of personality types also, such as "know it all's", constant braggers, con-artist type behavior. I knew a guy in high school that was always making up outlandish stories and sure enough years later I seen him on the news going to jail for child abuse. Sad!

Stefan, you know first hand what good charlatans people can be. It's not implausible for a man to act one way before and differently after marriage and having kids. How many times are serial killers described as "the nicest guy" by people who knew them before being exposed.
