True, and you know who should be the biggest proponents of stabilizing the family? Environmentalists. Double the housing = double the electricity, double the gas, double the trash, double the paper products and every other household item. Double the "footprint."

I'm not sure what city you live in, but there's definitely no shortage of abandoned homes in my city. Who, exactly, loses money on that? The only possible loss is speculatory, the splendors of capitalism.

Yeah, isn't it weird how in America we have all of these empty abandoned houses and the market doesn't reflect the abundance? Almost as if it's artificially manipulated to raise profits for real estate agents and private banks. That couldn't be right, though...
