This makes me cry. But it's a big part of why we have such insanity going on now. Multiple generations who haven't been raised by anyone at all. Just fed and kept alive, lacking all training in how to live.

I feel bad for any man involved with these so called "trapped" women

Of course there’s days you feel trapped especially in the beginning when your adjusting to your “new job”. Who hasn’t felt trapped by their job? So what, get over it. If at all possible be there when your child takes 1st steps says 1st words comes home from school sick or crying.

Home daycare has been the answer for me. A loving mother figure and lots of play during the day with lots of love and attention from me and my wife in the evenings and weekends.

This argument is asinine. What if the parents are toxic people and day care is the only positive interaction the kids have? Didn't hunters and gatherers share child care? Why is it always the dude with a turtle neck past his prime that had to tellswomen how to live their lives?

There is a real and sometimes crippling isolation in some settings. Need for support groups/neighbors, hobbies, supportive & engaged partners, derth of role models/mentors all real issues. Don't blame kids. They are a treasure beyond measure.
