You, as a stay at home dad (decision wich I respect a lot), of all people should know some people work better in different arrangements. As long as the kid gets the necessary parental attention I don't see how a stay at home mom can be a must

My view is, women shouldn’t have children unless they’re prepared to look after them. I looked after mine and they thank actually me for it, as it’s that unheard of nowadays.
