Scotland has most of the UKs resources and it is Westminster that decides what is done with that. Norway saves their oil for it's citizens... England early doesn't. Why do you think people wanted to leave the UK?

Well smarty pants - that can be explained in one word... interactionism. In social science they teach you that sometimes, just sometimes, words etc can be interpreted in more than one way. Not like he's talking about a robust scientific fact he was just being a tool.
