So you’re saying don’t give up your children to child care but don’t give up your full-time career either. Please enlighten us as to how a single parent can do both. Careers which allow you to be the sole care giver and sole income provider must be... rare.

Go back further, her choice of using resources prevented someone else from using those resources, now 1 less professional in world and she could have been a nom w/o using those professional resources

interesting point. some other persons' future was quashed because they were not admitted...We have this question in all Societies where seats are allocated to foreign students when their home countries don't offer reciprocal and equivalent opportunities. Solution:open enrollment

interesting question: If society pays for all levels of education, what does it cost society when freedom of choice allows a certain percentage to opt out from what society has contributed to train them? Is this social cost gender equal?

You could alleviate some of those cost with a contractual obligation to civil service. Kind of like a military contract.

That system, with a lower cost of education and a great base of learning apprenticeship works excellent in Germany and in Poland. And their medical costs are lower, because their isn't private hospitals that pay a shareholder's size rent. We could do the same in so many ways.
