I worked at an office when our son was little. I was not happy with some changes to my job. After realistically crunching the numbers, I figured I brought home $50/month. We adjusted our budget, and I never looked back. Went back to work part time when he was in his teens.

Me too. Later I made enough but they were at an age they could stay home for a few hours by themselves if needed. Later I began teaching at a tech school and made enough to pay two daycares but did not need it. Children are productive adults so I accidently did something right
