Isn't your IQ a capacity? It's not like you're born with the IQ you have your entire life. It's more like fitness. You could be a schlub at IQ 85 without working out. Or 110 by putting your mind to the grindstone. But of course you could only ever reach capacity, not exceed it

For the capacity of IQ or IQ at that time? And how does this compare to children with education vs none/no reading skills? Also 80% is not 100% meaning that the 20% could mean the difference between 90 IQ and 100 right? Or does 10 points in IQ mean nothing?
