The clinton policy of helping china too much, sent too many outsourced US jobs to it. That resulted in very high unemployment among low-skilled minorities who ended up as welfare leechers. Unreasonable greed, unions, and a competitive market were major outsourcing factors, too.

I just can't wrap my head around this theory and I really want to understand it. As far as I have researched and subjectively experienced, crime has the potential to generate quite a tremendous amount of wealth, hence it's appeal in poverty stricken environments.

Ehhhh... not sure I can agree to this, fully, anyway. Because being born in impoverished circumstances can lead to the ideologies being imprinted that crime is the only way. And I can understand that, even look at many trailer communities in areas of Alabama, West Va and such.
