It doesn't prove any point. If you give a monkey a test on how to breathe underwater it's going to fail. If you give a fish a test on climbing trees it would fail. IQ is just a score applied to how well someone does with western tasks. It's entirely irrelevant.

It doesn't measure western intelligence. It measures the ability to perform mental tasks valued by western culture. Very different thing.
Riiight because only Western cultures value pattern recognition and basic reasoning.

Nope. I never said, or even implied, that. Unfortunately, the previous poster has me blocked, so I can't see the full context, but I was moving towards showing how these "western" values are almost universal.
