No, he is pretty retared. His own (internal) positions are completely discarded as soon as he has an emotion that he cant hide behind self-imposed IQ-reductive meditation. See his Trump reactions for example.

No. Sam’s arrogance makes it impossible. He has some worth-while insights but when he’s conversing with another person he’s sparring with a caricature he made up in his mind. He does not actually listen to or engage with the person.
