You had the professor turning down an organ that was already proven to be a match. Or that’s what it sounds like. Which would be indefensibly racist regardless of the races of the donor and recipient.
Nope, you need to read carefully. I wrote: Doctor: “Great, then we can give you an organ donation from a different race.” “can give” = future theoretical “an organ” not “this organ” = same.
No, I think the assumption was that the doctor wouldn't offer to give an organ that wasn't a match.
