I completely agree, and frequently echo this very sentiment. But I do have one slight problem with this post, it says there at the bottom, Twitter for iPhone, and Stefan, I thought you were an android man.

The other obvious flaw is their presumption that these racial (or gender) averages apply to the individual. That annoys me even more than their general disregard of the data, if they do accept it, they think it has to apply to them or their friends directly.

The entire structure of his tweet is bad. It takes the form of a dialogue & the 1st paragraph consists of an erroneous definition of diversity that links race to ability, the 2nd is a false interpretation of his position, & the 3rd is a strawman. This guy wrote a book on arguing.
