Why talk about race and IQ? Here’s one reason: if the UN really cared about the Third World, it would have spent the last 50 years talking people out of cousin marriage - which robs 10+ IQ points from the poor. I don’t care? Nonsense. I care enough to actually help.

It actually is an argument. Racists believe in superiority of a race over another. Although you say otherwise, it isn't an unfathomable leap to go from someone saying that a higher IQ (other other beneficial trait) means a certain race is superior to another.
