An individual has whatever IQ they themselves have, their race is irrelevant. Regression to their race's mean for a couple's kid is the racist "hate fact" that upsets me the most. However, if it is true, and that seems to be the case, we just have to deal with that.

If average IQ ranges for races were closer, the left wouldn't be trying to shut down all study in this area. Can we have more studies conducted by sincere scientists so we can have more reliable data? We know IQ tests are excellent predictors.

Nope. No matter what test or puzzle you make, people with higher IQs, on average, will do better than people with low IQs. If the test is a knowledge test then you will need to let the candidates study the subject matter first and the same results will happen.
