There are quite a few differences between male and female, yet they are both (obviously) part of the same human race. To say that someone is not part of the human race because of skin color & a few other things is ridiculous!

No one is saying this We are saying that some ethnicities are correlated to lower average intelligence because they have higher proportions of genes linked to lower intelligence. Intelligence is widely agreed by experts to have a partial genetic basis.

Very skeptical of this. I remember the days when it was a known “fact” that ALL males were more intelligent than ALL females. This thought was common as late as the 60s and 70s. Now we know this is crap. I think quite a bit of brain development is based on...

proper nutrition, getting adequate rest, parents & others interacting with babies & toddlers in such a way as to help their brain development. An emphasis on education thru out formative years makes a HUGE difference as evidenced by accomplishments of people like Dr. Ben Carson.

Interestingly, education has very little effect on life outcomes. It doesn’t matter where you go to school, it doesn’t matter how good or bad your school is, you end up in about the same place. Schooling seems to have about as much affect on life outcomes as it does on height.
