For the 642nd time: Humans aren’t bears. Bears survive using brute force; humans survive using our minds. Greatness for humans involves thinking, achieving and accomplishing as individuals hence there is only INDIVIDUAL greatness, not tribal greatness. This isn’t that hard.

So is this to say that England and Holland should never have colonized South Africa?

Europeans were able to lead the development of (I.e. flourish in) South Africa much better than the native population.

Jamaicans are better sprinters than Europeans. Kenyans are better distance runners. Europeans are better swimmers. It’s not a question of being ‘superior’. Different races simply excel or lag at different things.

Everyone is different, it's foolish and ignorant to slap a label on people from different areas of the world. You don't have to be a professor to understand that simple concept.
-
No one is saying don't judge people as individuals. But if you're aggregating statistics based on demographics, and one earns more, or one ends up in jail more often, the explanation shouldn't always be racism from the dominant/majority group.

Group averages don’t do a good job of predicting the performance of a random individual based on their group membership. However, group averages are very good at predicting the success of a group as a whole. Sad fact: Countries with lower average IQs just don’t do as well.

But they still do a good job of predicting the performance of a random individual. If I know one die is numbered 1-6, and another die is numbered 5-10, I would still make a prediction on what the outcome of each one that would be better than 'I have no idea.'

Agreed, but here is the thing, you can’t talk to dice. This is why in a job interview situation, an H.R. expert will have a conversation with a person and look at their resume rather than just choosing based on race or sex. Given that, I disagree with race or sex based quotas...

Except that human races are not different species? They are one species. Claiming that different races have drastically different natural environments like polar vs brown bears do is flawed.

Yes color race gender even hight weight differentiate people a little here and there, but I believe such differences are localized in time and space. even super white Mr SM here admits his ancestors came from Africa. 100 years ago in the US an English would not merry an Irish.
