Black people have only been allowed by white people to be educated in the past 150 years and white lawmakers frequently impede their ability to get a good one, partly because many black families have been perpetually stuck in poverty because they've never been given a fair shot.
Blacks were in Africa for 150,000 years, why do you think there was not more education there?

There was education. Mali and Songhai were both highly educated empires. Timbuktu and Alexandria also had world renowned libraries. The reason it wasn't as widespread in Africa as in Europe is pretty easily explained by Jared Diamond in his book "Guns, Germs, and Steel"
