It's like this: You understand how height is both determined by a combination of both environment and an individual's genes? Intelligence is the same way ( tall parents are more likely to give birth to tall children, and intelligent parents are more likely to have smart kids).
Height can be shortened by a lack of nutrition, but not extended beyond natural limits by an excess of nutrition. You don’t get taller, you just get wider. It’s the same with IQ – we know how to harm it, we just don’t know how to enhance it.

Except that white people are third down the list on these maps, but they subtly made it unnoticble by making their colour light blue, and the number 1s a dark blue.

I think you misunderstood how i meant that term. I was comparing what they are doing now with that map to the "white mans burden narrative" in the 1800s where Britain said they had a moral duty to teach the rest of the world how to be "civilized" like them.

This is completely untrue. Almost all of he components that make up an IQ test can be altered to a great degree, and key elements of intelligence are largely left out. How do you not know this? One could argue that education merely enables a greater use of the IQ you were born with but won't allow you to exceed it's limit. I'm not saying I agree with this idea but it seems plausible

One would have to be pretty specific about what that limit is. The brain's a complicated machine and most of our limits are cognitive (and therefore can be enhance). Very few are explicitly related to ability to process and those are the often ones we offload with technology.

Plenty claim they can enhance Iq . I'm very sure I'm a lot smarter than when I was much younger. Brain exercises called higher learning might have something to do with this..?

Or does a higher quality of life correlate to a higher iq? I think you are mixing up the cause and effect. The cause is a high standard of living. The effect of that is iq. If you want the standard of living to be ghe effect, make imperialism and violence the cause. Not IQ. LOL

My assertion is we didnt need a higher intelligence than other races to build a higher standard of living we just needed to kill some of them, act violent, and use fear(terrorism) to drain their natural resources and have them cooperate economicall. Imperialism bro. Learn history

I'd this were true, then Europe would have been kicked back to the Stone Age after two world wars. Instead, they rebounded, and even brought about a new golden age of humanity, all while divesting themselves of those very colonies.
