Thanks for this impressive set of interviews. Will go through them all. Not sure why all these smart guys had no problem talking with you but Bret does. Maybe it is forbidden by the tribal leaders. Love provocative ideas.

Thanks so much!

Just finished the interview with Garett Jones, and watching the one with Dr. James Flynn. Really interesting. Highly recommend this series. You just don't get these long-form interviews on MSM. Glad I stumbled on this tweet. Thanks again.

I believe I've watched all 18 of these on your channel over the years Stefan. In fact, that's how I first started watching your videos...it was the only ongoing discussion of IQ I could find. Gottfredson, Haier, Murray, Flynn...serious scholars. Nary a nutcase in the whole group.

Someone who claims to reason honestly cannot miss the mark this badly this often. I've heard all your arguments, I've heard and read Murray's and they all point to an irrefutable conclusion --> You can know nothing about a person's IQ if you know their race. End of story.

This exact statement has been uttered by Stefan himself. Average IQ of a group does not place any constraints on individual IQ. The point of studying racial IQ differences serves not to pass judgment, but to understand why the difference exists and how to correct it.

I genuinely believe you to be coming of a place of reason and rigor, but there are people with nefarious motives piggy backing on these ideas. Look at the reply below about heights of Finns vs Philipinos (e.g. 3Dutch). Greater care is needed in the explanation of these ideas.

Respectfully, if we stopped discussing any topic because stupid people might get the wrong idea... we'd still be banging funny rocks together living in caves. There's nothing more dangerous to a free society than people who censor the truth with fear and moralizing.

A hammer is not a screwdriver. Both are useful when used correctly.

...except an IQ test doesn’t have a physical scientific measurement in the same way the force of a hammer does, the angle of a screwdriver or the temperature of a thermometer

@BretWeinstein The talk with Danish psychologist Helmuth Nyborg in particular stands out as a thoughtful approach to an emotionally difficult subject. As seems typical for Stefan, he readily accepts his guest's corrections to a number of his own misunderstandings about the topic. -
Considering what kind of distorted picture (far) left draws from ie. genuinely humane, rational, careful, deep & reasonable thinkers like
@SamHarrisOrg &@jordanbpeterson , I'm not either interested in what I hear about Stefan - from many totalitarian self-identified progressives -
"Having ones own mind" about any topic is difficult. If you routinely attempt it, you well understand how it can put you at odds with social groupthink and how those forces will work to bring your mind into allegiance with theirs. I admire people who stand against that pressure.

But, man, does it help you connect the pieces of the puzzle called nature of reality, including human& human social phenomena.pic.twitter.com/t9KsswYvJd
