There is no longer pressure to be a “woman” because “women” don’t exist anymore. Its a total shame and will have long lasting effects on our culture for years now.
Women>men in STEM. So brilliant women have few if any babies, or have them mostly raised by strangers. My brother was stay at home dad that raised 2 daughters. He was a master mechanic and had a commercial size garage at home. Wife was nurse.

There’s a lot of science & technology involvement in nursing. Just because not all of it is fundamental science does not mean it isn’t STEM. Not all entities agree on it but there is a general recognition that nursing plays a key part in STEM. It’s a really underrated profession

The medical field in general is not included in STEM in the conventional usage of it.

The roles have flipped in my family as well. Now I am a househusband working on my own educational and entertainment projects to share with the world. Putting my history degree and theatrical background to better use. Creating my own fun curriculum and stories.

I don't have kids yet, but if I did... the notion of someone else, a professional stranger, raising my kids as opposed to my wife. That's as nonsensical as pineapples on pizza. It doesn't work, and leads to serious issues in the future.
