The bans are, VERY CLEARLY, motivated by ideology. This is obvious to anyone who has a passing interest. Blue checkmark "Democrats"(mortal enemies of democracy) can advocate murder and FGM all day long. Non-"Democrats" simply state that fact with the evidence & are banned.

Yes Mr. Molyneux, that is the way to make sure they(social media) are kept honest and follow the rules. 1 or 2 class action lawsuits for 5 or 10 billion each will ahve them paying attention much more

Well, if you look at the evidence (an anathema to the Left, I know), it seems quite clear that they are motivated by ideology. Every person banned is conservative. The Left-leaning people can say things much more "hateful," yet no action is taken against them.

Their actions are those of a publisher.
