They cheer when their political opponents are silenced, mighty fascist of them.

There’s a big difference. Acosta was silenced by the Government. Loomer by a private sector company. The first is unconstitutional. The second is not.

Acosta was protected by the first amendment (prevents government from restricting speech). Loomer was not restricted by the government, but by a private business. She's still free to spread her hate elsewhere.

You're not wrong about how it happened, but it was funny as hell when trump had to give it back, then yoinked it again after the 2 weeks were up
-
Except trump didn't take Acosta's press pass back - trump buckled and gave up the fight, because he knew it was a losing battle.

Jim Acosta made i clear though that there needed to be rules, which were created for the press briefings. But Twitter never wanted any clearer rules, and Facebook bans photos without any logical non-secret reason:https://voiceofeurope.com/2018/11/facebook-censors-macrons-group-photo-for-violating-the-sites-rules-against-nudity-and-sexual-acts/ …

The government and the private sector are two different things. Hence, the different reactions.

Ms Loomer could go to court, she wouldn’t get far. I know nobody reads the Terms or Service anymore but come on...
