Hispanic is not a race. There are many white, black, native American and mixed race Hispanics. In Central America the vast majority are mixed race but some are mainly white.
I get that, but a lot of people don’t know what ‘mestizo’ means. Look at the difference in hair colour between the woman and the kids.

A lot of people have dark hair that gets bleached by the sun. Don’t get me wrong the photo is clearly staged but I wouldn’t get hung up on the hair color.
