Hispanic IQ is in the high 80s on average. Not enough to sustain a free society sadly. Multigenerational studies in the US have shown that low Hispanic IQ is effectively permanent. I wish it were otherwise.

IIRC, I.Q. tends to largely derived maternally. I also suspect the Conquistadors allowed very few women in their ranks. But I may be wrong.
