This is how dumb late democracy is - since the advent of television, we have had almost no bald Western political leaders. The majority of Caucasian men go bald. People are literally voting for follicles. (btw if you want to joke about hair envy, you are part of the problem)

Sorry, I didn't realize you meant completely bald...they had serious receding hairlines. I wasn't disagreeing with you. They were just the only ones I could think of that had been "follicularly challenged". The rest had full coifs.
