I dunno Stefan, in our refugee family we have 1 lawyer and 1 doctor. These refugees are batting 1000. Also, dunno about leftist women, but sounds like you have a woman problem. Plus anyone who cuts off the top of their head in profile pics is likely bald, but insecure about it
So you think the plural of “anecdote” is “data.” Not smart. “Woman issues” is not an argument. The fact that I gave up trying to resize and crop my Twitter pic is not an argument, I had a bald one for years. You’re actually making the exact opposite case you want to make.

Nothing anecdotal here - USA just elected a former refugee to Congress. A vast section of doctors and lawyers , engineers etc- are immigrants ,many of us starting out as refugees - plus way more likely to have birthright citizens commit crimes than refugees and immigrants- fact!

My guess is the majority of those refugees who landed here and became lawyers, doctors, etc. came here legally. The left get so confused by the law, I almost feel sorry for them.

What’s your definition of legal? Is a refugee claimant at the port of entry legal? Is a refugee accepted by the court but coming in not at the port of entry legal? If an overstay who eventually is approved for perm residence legal? You see, it’s confusing - left or right

If you skirt the process and try to gain the system, illegal. I have plenty of ppl in my life who’ve received citizenship and one who had to self deport due to a problem with a visa. All came here legally and followed the laws.

Generalizations are instructive . There are not many absolutes in life . Certainly not all “liberal” or “leftist “ people are the same- we can all raise families, work hard, believe in much the same things, except maybe disagree on specific issues.
