There should be manditory IQ tests and Aptitude tests taken in order to qualify to vote. Only the Greatest among us should vote. Not the sick, and the weak, and the uneducated. Beggars and thieves will not vote for the good of their people, they will vote for themeselves only.

@Bipartisanism just wants to vote on identity. @StefanMolyneux is right. Vote on the basis of what you want from your government. Not how you want the government to identify you. You are just creating a divide.
