Freedom in the West is just an illusion. It was traded for “safety” at least 100 years ago. We are not free and as we wake up to the fact it seems too late. If I was to act as if I was free (not pay income tax as an example) I would be throne in jail at best.

Everyone wants safety, protection and security in their lives ....so we buy insurance to cover all bases out of fear of change. That's another chain in restricting freedom

If you have a choice it’s not slavery. Now forced insurance like drivers insurance is yet another freedom to choose down the drain. The government, all medical fields and insurance fields all feed 100% on fear. I refuse to be run by fear as much as possible without braking laws
