Sure. Nobody says that men don't have a hand in it, but very few would openly and vociferously point out women's BIG hand in the problem.
If masculinity is environmental, women raise boys these days, therefore “toxic masculinity “ is created by women. If masculinity is innate, then boys and men cannot be blamed for what they have no control over. Sometimes logic can be a real witch with a capital ‘B’

Yes, but how does that make you feel? Women can never be blamed. With advances in science though, maybe one day soon, we can have detachable testicles that mommy can literally keep in her purse. Then when Jr. gets married, she can give new bride something borrowed and blue.

He mentions boys not men. Yes boys have trouble managing their impulses and emotions. A strong hand is needed to guide them. Only a man can guide a boy in this aspect. Obama for instance is an example of how a boy is misshaped when the father is not present.
