I used to be scared to travel through Mexico, due to crime. But apparently, tourists can now obtain a police escort by waving the Honduran flag.
I’ve been warning for years: Foreign aid swells the population of third word countries. Mass immigration to the West strips the smartest people from those countries. Those countries then fall apart. Mass migration ensues. Strip-mining foreign IQ has horrifying effects.

Desegregation --> mid-high class african americans move out of inner cities --> inner cities fall a part --> we give money to inner cities creating over population with regard to productivity --> prisons // same example, slightly closer to home.

Foreign aid at its best is the manifestation of the eternal human desire to give a hand up to your brother who wasn't blessed like you. Also, if successful, it helps poor countries escape poverty which -> lower birthrates.

This is not to say that the international aid system isn't broken and unfit for purpose - it is. But so is every major institution (schools, unis, govt, healthcare). Doesn't negate the basic principle. Mass migration is less defensible.
