Empathy? Tell me my friend, what happens to all the poor people, who have lost their work skills through government dependence, when the government money runs out?

Or have become unfit to work because of that dependency. Being stuck in cycle of welfare can be cruel. (The tyranny of good intentions and the law of unintended consequences.)
