I’m always amazed people get mad at the thought of foreigners collecting the benefits and not Americans. What’s the difference? Country of origin doesn’t matter when getting irritated by people mooching off productive people.

Not so hard to understand at all, once you factor in our inherent tendency towards tribalism. It's much less offensive if OUR money is going to OUR tribe, than if OUR money is going to the OTHER.

They still think they're sharing stuff like in Kindergarten. They believe that money comes from the government. Like when Mommy pulled out her endless supply of money to buy them whatever they were whining about. Dad would enlighten them about having to work hard for that money.
