Different populations in general, obviously we should primarily judge individuals; but different groups are better at different things. Variety in nature among us human beings is not a bad thing, it's good and we must utilise them accordingly. Stefan is not a racist.

What ppl mistakenly call 'IQ" is nothing more than a person's MINDSET ,which they got from their upbringing/culture...Whites r generally raised better so their mindsets ,(IQ)are better....Thats all

All races have SOMETHING they are superior at genetically. That's why you want to mix races and work towards combining those genetics. Eugenics is literally taking a specific population & inbreeding it in hope that the good genes will concentrate instead of the bad genes.
