Kavanaugh shouldn't have been confirmed. Not because of sexual assault claims with little to no evidence to support them, but because he doesn't fundamentally agree with the 4th amendment. It's scary that people care more about the assault claims than his record on the 4A.

Indeed, it’s unfortunate that the democrats made it about false and salacious allegations instead of the issues. I would have rather had that 4A debate, but once the left turned it into a Marxist Struggle Session, there was no way back.
