I am surprised that @jordanbpeterson, an admirer of Nietzsche, cannot understand the corrosive effect that jurisprudential ideologies (schools of judicial interpretation) have on the rule of law. The current crisis is only a symptom of the cancer caused by ideology in Law.

Interested in what you’re saying Andrew. What Nietzsche’s book(s) talk about law please? Asking for a friend...

-
He didn't addressed jurisprudence directly. But, he understood the farce of social democracy, and the popular appeals to Judaeo-Christian dogma that are at the core of SJW thought. Start with the "Four Errors" in Twilight of the Idols.

Thank you! I mean, the friend who asked thanks you

He posted another comment. He said it may not be a good idea (it isn't) but his point was that Kavanaugh would be cleared and then another nominee that is less divisive could be presented. LOLOLOLOL...he's from Canada. Give him a break. He just didn't know.

JP should know better considering the kind of vitriol he himself has experienced feom the Left.
-
That's true. I can't explain why he thought that was a good thing to say. I don't think he means that K is a bad candidate. I think his point was about consensus. He does not realize how impossible that is on this topic.

He is a gatekeeper. He keeps people just appeased enough with logic to not join the anarcho-nationalist movement
-
Anarcho-nationalism? Weird but intriguing.. But let's hope it doesn't get together with anarcho-socialism and make babies. I don't think my brain could comprehend anarcho-nazism.
-
Rejection of the state, high in group preference, with the understanding that socialism is is immoral because it relies upon stealing. The concept that you could introduce socialism is anarcho-fascism. That is self-enslavement to corporate HOAs ;D
