People lie for all kinds of reasons regardless of gender. It is a human issue not a gender issue. That is why due process and presumption of innocence are important even in the so-called court of public opinion.

Also: Women live in a constant state of terror/rage because of men and can't control it. It's not their fault if being such victims of patriarchy cause them to hate men. But Also: Vote for women, because we need them in power. They're capable of running the world.
