But we’re not, are we? Not all men are accused. Why is that?

seriously do people not have an attention span for more than 5 minutes into the future and no imagination and no understanding of history and the brutality in human nature....okay then, I guess not

I’ve got a PhD in history so u can keep the ‘no history’ bit. That’s why I’m asking the question. Whipping people up into a panicky frenzy, exaggeration etc is dangerous to freedom, and that’s happening here on this thread. Do you not see the irony?
-
Doesn’t look like your PhD has helped you to understand that history isn’t a linear progress to be taken for granted. And you can study “Ordinary Men” and “Gulag Archipelago” for your next lesson. Sincerely, educator (PhD researcher in Education)

It’s taught me entirely that, and that this kind of rhetoric is simplistic and dangerous whatever its content. Interesting measure of how little you value knowledge to dismiss me out of hand when I’m saying it’s more complicated. Hope you don’t do that to your supervisors.
-
Stop with the bully tactics, or did you get a PhD in bullying too. “Hope that nannanana passive aggression”. These are complex matters but we must not drown in fog but take a clear stand for legal standards. I was raised by a government lawyer (as you like authority arguments)
-
I don’t like authority arguments much but being told I know no history was easy to answer quickly.
-
No it isn’t. Another complex matter, as you say. A history PhD isn’t the same as understanding history and learning life lessons from it.
