Truth. I miss the old democratic party, before they became blatant fascists. If you can simply smear a person with a decades long impeccable record instantly with unproveable and unbelievable accusations (alone)... we're doomed. Things that make you glad you're getting old...
-
If I didn’t have kids I would be glad I’m getting old too but I have a teenage son. Sweet as can be and good looking, a frightening combo in this day of the vindictive black widows.

DEMOCRATS ARE LYNCHING ONCE AGAIN. MUST BE STOPPED VOTE REPUBLICAN
-
Democrats have always been the party of Slavery, KKK & Jim Crow. They change their target from time to time...but that hatred, bigotry and violence remain the same. They are horrible human beings. "Human" is not the operative word there.

Who taught you this? Liberal schools?
-
Public schools are teaching kids the opposite. Why do you think they took down all the statues pertaining to the Civil War? No statues, no questions. Keeping kids dumb is how the left wins. American flag - despised Patriotism - evil Capitalism - bad Socialism - good See?

But we’re not, are we? Not all men are accused. Why is that?

seriously do people not have an attention span for more than 5 minutes into the future and no imagination and no understanding of history and the brutality in human nature....okay then, I guess not

I’ve got a PhD in history so u can keep the ‘no history’ bit. That’s why I’m asking the question. Whipping people up into a panicky frenzy, exaggeration etc is dangerous to freedom, and that’s happening here on this thread. Do you not see the irony?
-
Doesn’t look like your PhD has helped you to understand that history isn’t a linear progress to be taken for granted. And you can study “Ordinary Men” and “Gulag Archipelago” for your next lesson. Sincerely, educator (PhD researcher in Education)
-
It’s taught me entirely that, and that this kind of rhetoric is simplistic and dangerous whatever its content. Interesting measure of how little you value knowledge to dismiss me out of hand when I’m saying it’s more complicated. Hope you don’t do that to your supervisors.
-
Stop with the bully tactics, or did you get a PhD in bullying too. “Hope that nannanana passive aggression”. These are complex matters but we must not drown in fog but take a clear stand for legal standards. I was raised by a government lawyer (as you like authority arguments)
-
I don’t like authority arguments much but being told I know no history was easy to answer quickly.
-
No it isn’t. Another complex matter, as you say. A history PhD isn’t the same as understanding history and learning life lessons from it.
