I believe she may have deliberately created the therapy sessions to lay some ground work to back up her story. I also believe, it may have involved some "retrieval of false memories" to bolster the ground work.

Therapists aren’t mind readers. They write their notes from what patients tell them. Also, therapists, DRs, lawyer, etc. have their own formula when they begin practicing their craft. Ppl don’t learn how to practice from text books. All cases are different.
