Yet another reason we are working to get both teachers and students out of government "education."

The same thing happened to me as a high school teacher. I had to take an early retirement or lose my pension. I feel for this teacher and others that are submitted to this ludicrous demand.

Years ago my Mom took early retirement as she was being forced to change grades for students who had zeros across the board. No failing allowed.

In Canada we’ve been administering skill assessment testing to 3rd and 7th graders for decades. Recently those tests have become optional, and teachers are actively trying to abolish them. Our daughter’s teacher implored the parents to excuse their kids, only 6 took the test?!

Her job is to prepare students for life snd to teach... that’s what she was doing. This is why kids don’t know hard- no reason to.

That's a good teacher. The Parents in that district should be fighting to get her reinstated.
