Heres what youre not understanding. They are trying to stall the vote until Thurday or later so Kavanaugh will not be eligible for nest Supreme Court Session. Her accusations will disappear as quick as they appeared after a vote takes place or Thursday arrives.
I really don’t understand all of this hand-wringing about Kavanaugh’s accuser – that which is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence, case closed.

GOP needs to do this so when dems come back later and say “you rammed it through with no blah blah blah”, they can say “no, we gave her time and extensions and she still decided not to.” It’s all about the mid terms and 2020, not about the allegation. this is going to backfire.
