Depends largely on the IQ of those you share space with. If you are surrounded by other high aptitude people it’s great! If you are upper-functioning and find yourself surrounded by feckless idiocy however...

As a first generation after the feminist movement, and someone who has a master's in counseling I'm pretty sure "over-dominating mother culture" shaming little boys to put "feelings over reason/basic individual respect" caused a generation of males to implode internally like USSR
